Do you accept walk-in clients?
To ensure each client receives a dedicated, high-quality luxury experience with no waiting times, we operate strictly by appointment only. Please reserve your slot online before arriving.
How should I prepare my hair before my appointment?
Please arrive with your hair thoroughly washed, detangled, and blown straight with no heavy oils or grease applied. This ensures a clean base for neat parts and long-lasting braids.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment via Booksy up to 24 hours before your scheduled time slot without penalty.
Are hair extensions included in the service price?
Hair extensions are not included in our base service prices unless explicitly stated in the booking description. Clients are welcome to bring their preferred braiding brands, or you can purchase high-quality hair directly from us by letting us know your color preference ahead of time.
How long do typical braiding services take?
Service durations vary depending on the style complexity, length, and hair density. Large cornrows or loc retwists take roughly 1.5 to 3 hours, while small, intricate knotless or boho braids can take 4.5 to 6+ hours. Estimated durations are listed next to each style on our booking app.
What age ranges do you accommodate for children’s styles?
We gladly offer gentle, protective braiding and cornrow styling for children ages 10 and older who are comfortable sitting through full-duration styling sessions. For younger children, please contact us directly via text to discuss custom accommodations.
Do you offer premium washing and deep conditioning services?
Our primary focus is on delivering elite-level precision braiding, twisting, and locking styling. We highly recommend arriving with your hair pre-washed, fully dried, and blown straight so we can maximize your chair time entirely on creating clean, pristine styles.
Can I bring premium human hair extensions for my Boho Braids?
- Yes, absolutely! For premium, long-lasting Boho styles, we highly encourage bringing high-quality 100% human bulk braiding hair or master bundles. This prevents the curly strands from tangling or matting over time, keeping your style looking fresh for weeks.
How long can I expect my knotless braids or twists to last?
With proper care, small and medium knotless braids or Senegalese twists last between 6 to 8 weeks. Larger styles and cornrows generally last 2 to 4 weeks. We provide detailed maintenance guidance at the end of every styling session.
How do I properly maintain my braids at night?
To keep your parts sharp and eliminate frizz, wear a premium satin or silk bonnet or scarf every night. For longer styles, a satin pillowcase paired with a large bonnet keeps the braids smooth and prevents unnecessary tension on your edges.
Do you style or retwist starter locs?
Yes! We offer comprehensive loc care services, ranging from cleanly sectioned starter loc installation to ongoing maintenance, custom retwists, and sophisticated loc styling tailored to whatever stage you are at in your hair journey.
What payment methods do you accept at the salon?
We accept secure digital payments directly through the Booksy app checkout window, as well as major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, and exact cash payments on the day of your scheduled appointment.
